BUBBLES Block of the Month Program
Bubbles is a 14-month BOM – Block of the Month Story Wall Quilt approximately 47’”x 48”. It tells the story of the endangered fish from all over the world that come to Bubbles and why they are helping harvest pearls for the Mermaid Queen Pernille. Each month you will receive a kit including a story, pattern, color photos and detailed written instructions on how to make Bubbles. Kits will also include hand dyed wool, embellishment threads in cotton and silk as well as other notions such as freshwater pearls and beads.
Pricing and billing
You will automatically be billed each month for the amount of the kit which is $86 each month plus shipping and delivery, starting from the day of sign up. Unless other arrangements have been made it will be the debit/credit card that you used to register with that will be billed.
Shipping and delivery:
United States: $10.00/month,
Canada: $18.00/month,
International: $25.00/month.
Please note we reserve the right to increase these shipping and handling rates due to the occasional carrier rate increase. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. All kits will be shipped USPS or UPS depending on weight size and destination. If your post address is different from your physical address please provide both! On any air shipments and on all orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states, there may be additional freight charges on some items. International customers are responsible for all custom fees, tariffs or recurring fees applicable. Please note on international shipping the rate that appears on your order is an estimate. We cannot determine what the actual shipping cost will be related to international orders until sent. If there is a discrepancy your account will be charged the additional cost to cover the actual shipping cost & a $5 handling fee. This will show as a separate charge on your credit card after the order has been placed.
Custom Declarations: customs forms will declare the exact face value of merchandise enclosed as we cannot legally falsify the information.
Forms of acceptable payments
We accept US Debit Card, Visa or Master Card. Chargeback fee: a $40 fee is charged to all credit card purchases which results in a chargeback.
Returns and Refunds
See Mama Lohde Detail Terms. Refunds and exchanges will not be provided after delivery has occurred unless the item is proven to be faulty or does not match the description provided. If you need to return goods you must notify us by email immediately stating the reason for the return. Exchanges will be at our sole discretion. Shipping and handling charges are not included in exchanges. Any item being returned must be done within 30 days of purchase in the product's original state. Damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Mama Lohde is not responsible for uninsured packages. All original packaging must also be returned. All kit sales are final and payment in full is required at the time of the order.
